Who are we?
The Mill Bar opened in 1988 and consequently is one of the original bars of Alikanas. Built on the site of a Greek style watermill that provided the nearby area with water for agriculture, our bar has been a favourite of many, many visitors over the years. Today, the original workings of the mill are covered by shelves behind the bar, which are home for your favourite spirits and the underground well provides water for us to use.
Wonder why the palm tree inside has grown so much? Its roots have reached the well!
The Mill, which has always been run by Spiros and his family has changed little over the years. The most recent developments include a second indoor bar with roof top lounge, swimming pool and sumptuous lounging furniture for you to enjoy many hours in the sun, beside the pool.
